All QRS products are made to order with care, precision, and purpose. Because each garment is custom crafted to integrate our lifesaving QR technology, as we are in the initial stages of our product launch please allow approximately 10-15 business days for production.

We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver high-quality garments that could one day save a life.

Once your order is ready for shipment, you’ll receive a direct email from us with tracking information and details about the courier handling your delivery.

Please note: Shipping labels may be created before packages physically leave our facility. This can result in a short delay in tracking updates while your order is in transit.

Do you ship internationally?  Yes, we offer international shipping.

Do I need to pay customs or duties on my orders? Quantum Recovery Sportswear Inc. is not responsible for any customs fees or duties applied to international orders. Please note that tax rates and duties vary by country, and we have no control over these additional charges..

How long will it take for my order to arrive? Delivery times depend on the destination region and shipping method, as well as our production timeframe. Please note that the estimated shipping time applies only to the carrier's transit time once a tracking number has been issued. On average, shipping takes approximately 3–5 business days.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE

We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase. In the event of a manufacturing defect, you will be eligible for a return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 10 business days of receiving the item. Include a brief description of the issue and any relevant photos. Once your request is approved, we will provide further instructions on returning the item or receiving a replacement.

Please note: Returns or exchanges will not be processed for issues unrelated to defects or damage during shipping.

GENERAL

Where will my QRS-coded clothing work? The 911 emergency service feature will function only in countries where 911 is recognized as the emergency service number. Please note that there may also be limitations in regions where English is not the primary language.

Future Plans: We are actively working on expansion and translation to make this system more accessible worldwide!
